
DOL's overtime rule blocked. What employers need to know.
On Tuesday, November 22, 2016, Federal Judge Amos Mazzant issued a preliminary injunction on the Department of Labor's Overtime Rule. With this ruling, it puts a pause on the legislation as a whole.
